If a student misses two or more performance rehearsals the instructors reserve the right to deny participation in the Performance. (These absences are intended as "sick days.") This policy is to ensure that all dancers can learn and progress with the choreography for the performance. When a dancer misses new steps, they become frustrated and the progress of the group is slowed. In fairness to all of the dancers, to ensure a quality show, and due to a limited number of rehearsals, we must insist that this policy be followed

Please refrain from bringing any products containing peanuts into the studio as several dancers have severe allergies.

October 1st- holiday performance fee due...ALL STUDENTS ELIGIBLE
October 31st- no classes
November 23-28- thanksgiving break
November 29th- classes resume
December 1st- spring performance fee due
December 17th-(4:00-9:00) tech/dress rehearsal at the theater
December 18th-1:00pm & 6:00pm- holiday performance
December 19-January 2- holiday break
January 3- classes resume
Jan 16 No Class: MLK day
April 2-9 Spring Break - no classes
May 26,27,28 Memorial Day Weekend- no classes
June 8,9 Spring Performance - Rehearsals at Theater
June 9,10 Spring Performance- Hillman Center, Shadyside Academy,
Fox Chapel
Please remember tuition is based on a ten month program. Payment is due through the end of June regardless of Performance participation.
