Jillian Sinko

Jillian Sinko is a native of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. She first moved to Pittsburgh to attend Point Park University, where she received her B.F.A. In Dance. After graduating from Point Park, she was thrilled to join Texture Contemporary Ballet as a resident dancer. Along with dancing with Texture, Jillian is a freelance artist, teacher, and choreographer. Jillian has performed as a guest with Shana Simmons Dance and Soapy Towel Productions, and is a company dancer with project-based contemporary dance company Nolan Dance Collective. Some of her original choreographic works have been recognized by the Pittsburgh International Dance Film Festival, The Kennedy Center for Performing Arts, and inter-Pgh. She has also choreographed multiple works for Texture Choreography Project. In 2025, Jillian was honored to be one of just eight finalists chosen to present their work at the Cre8Dance Choreographic Competition, where she presented her piece Disintegration of Individualism. Jillian continues to choreograph and create, and is passionate about making art accessible and inspiring to all.
